1. About Us

JCE Print is a UK-based sole trader selling handcrafted 3D printed collectibles and prop replicas. We operate from Swansea, Wales. Customer support is available through the website order tracking and support pages.

By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms in full. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Made to Order

All products sold through JCE Print are made to order. Nothing is held in pre-printed stock — every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Production time is typically 5–7 working days depending on complexity and current order volume. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to a consumer's specification or are clearly personalised. As all JCE Print products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt through the order tracking page with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery carrier once an item has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided where available. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Some products in our range are inspired by popular franchises, films, and media. JCE Print is an independent creator, and these items are fan-made products rather than official licensed merchandise.

All original designs, photographs, and website content produced by JCE Print remain the intellectual property of JCE Print and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCE Print's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Our products are decorative collectibles and prop replicas intended for display purposes. They are not designed as toys and are not suitable for children under 14.

8. Privacy

JCE Print is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We use order details such as your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, order notes, and purchase history to take payment, produce and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with service providers involved in running the shop, including PayPal or another displayed payment provider, delivery carriers, website hosting and security providers, and email services. Payment card or PayPal account details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by JCE Print.

Order and accounting records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service and legal obligations. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing sales@jceprint.co.uk, calling 07356 050525, or using the contact page.

Analytics cookies

The website uses essential browser storage for features such as the shopping basket and your cookie preference. These features are necessary for the service requested and cannot be switched off through the analytics choice.

Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the privacy notice. It helps us understand aggregated website usage and improve the shop. Choosing “Reject analytics” does not affect shopping or checkout. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button shown at the bottom of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Promotional Codes & Spin to Win

The Spin to Win promotion is available on jceprint.co.uk. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents only.

One per person: Only one promotional code may be won per person or email address. Attempts to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

Non-combinable: Codes won via the Spin to Win wheel cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotional code.

Minimum order value: A minimum basket value applies before a code can be used at checkout. Codes offering 35% off require a minimum order value of £50.00 (excluding postage). All other codes require a minimum order value of £30.00 (excluding postage).

Expiry: Codes are valid for 30 days from the date they are won. Expired codes cannot be reinstated.

No cash value: Codes have no cash alternative and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Postage: Promotional discounts apply to the product subtotal only and do not reduce the cost of postage or delivery.

Availability: JCE Print reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Spin to Win promotion at any time without prior notice.
