JCE Print is a UK-based sole trader selling handcrafted 3D printed collectibles and prop replicas. We operate from Swansea, Wales. Our contact email is sales@jceprint.co.uk.
By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms in full. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Made to Order
All products sold through JCE Print are made to order. Nothing is held in pre-printed stock — every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Production time is typically 3–7 working days depending on complexity and current order volume. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to a consumer's specification or are clearly personalised. As all JCE Print products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at sales@jceprint.co.uk with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery carrier once an item has been dispatched.
Tracking information will be provided where available. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Some products in our range are inspired by popular franchises, films, and media. JCE Print is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licenced by any franchise holder or intellectual property owner. These items are fan-made products.
All original designs, photographs, and website content produced by JCE Print remain the intellectual property of JCE Print and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCE Print's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Our products are decorative collectibles and prop replicas intended for display purposes. They are not designed as toys and are not suitable for children under 14.
8. Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to process and fulfil your order (name, address, email). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery carriers) or comply with legal obligations. For payment processing, your payment details are handled securely by our payment provider and are not stored by JCE Print.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
